After some initial miscommunication, Brett Walls, the COO/CFO followed up with numerous emails and phone calls to address all of my concerrns and answer all of my questions. I am very impressed with the time he took to go out of his way to make us feel welcome and connect us with the right pediatrician for our family. The service we received is in line with what we expected after numerous recommendations from neighbors and friends!
