I live here. I’ve been here since 2009 I must admit at first I was going through a lot as a single parent, not to let that be my excuse for how I handle things at first. The manager and I come a long way, but it seems that every time there’s a change in the company that manages, their new employees seem to get worse when it comes to customer service. Yes! I've been living here for almost three years. The management staff is great and very accommodating and friendly. Any request is handle promptly. The maintenance crew works tirelessly that anything you have problem with, is fixed. Specially the skinny guy that use a blue car. I love how quit and serene Garden Gate. community is.

I love this place. Makes me feel like home. I’ve been here almost a month and it’s so nice. Every time I have something wrong in my apartment, I go to the office and they fix it right away. Nothing compared to others apartments complexes. I’m glad to call this place home. 🥰
