This was an ok community until I moved out. On my moving day they just walked in to show my apartment. No notice. Just a quick knock and walk in. My place was disorderly. I was a mess as anyone is on a day you are moving furniture and stuff. Terribly rude and inconsiderate. Putting one in an awkward position. I would not recommend. Carpet is also junky and will not hold up. Ravels on edges quickly. Be sure to note all issues at move in on sheet to turn in to office. Closet doors that slide will fall off tracks. It would be nice if they take care of the "constant noise" inside my kitchen coming from the meter outside. Have been waiting and waiting a nd waiting and all I hear is we are working on it🤔🤔🤔

Great service, lovely place to live. We really enjoyed it and made friends here. When we come back to Simpsonville, we will come back to the Garden District.
