Big shout out to James from the Home Depot Store in Terrell, Texas. I was having an issue with a warranty repair and James took a personal interest in getting this resolved. Even though the issue was with a Home Depot Store in Wylie, Texas, James believed that any issue with a Home Depot Store is an issue for every Home Depot Store. Thanks from a USAF vet (1976 - 1984).
