Esmeralda & Shawnie were amazing. I had just done a 2600 mile round trip to come home and find my 23 year old refrigerator was out :( After looking online I decided to go to the store to see if there were on site specials and there were. Esmeralda was super patient and helpful as I looked at the different options. Shawnie helped with the checkout and stayed completely focused on completing the transaction among attempted interruptions. The sales people are rude and are not helpful at all. Customer Service is even worse. I will never go back to the Home Depot in Terrell. I will drive to Forney to Lowes where they are nicer and more helpful. They appreciate my business and treat me with respect.
The customer service is great! Every time we come in there is someone that can help us. Bought a weed eater Fred told us everything we needed to know. Needed help with a toilet problem and Wayne talked us through it It’s great to know that you can come in to a store and there is someone to help you. 😊

Worst customer service ever I found a product it was priced wrong by them they refused to sell it at the marked price didn’t want me to speak to the manager eventually I got the district office number obviously nobody called back took pictures and a video of the product and they still didn’t honor the price it’s probably just that Terrell store because I called another store about the policy on pricing and they should have sold it to me for the price on the tag I spend a lot of money there every month I won’t go back
Don’t understand why they do not hire people that are there to assist. I remember when they had a professional in each department that could help you find what you need. Now you wait forever to find anyone with an orange vest and when you do they don’t know what they’re talking about nor where the products are
