Patrick the store manager at the Allen Texas location is the worst manager we have ever seen
This isn't necessarily Terrell store issue, but we bought new washer and dryer on 5/30 to be delivered on 6/6 and the delivery date has been changed three times. We are now looking at August 13th!! Ask to get something else and it's not even an option !!!!
I just drove up to home Depot at 11:45 in the morning and while they do have a line out front and clearly they are only letting so many people inside the store, only one couple had masks on out of probably 50 people. with covid-19 says doubling in the last 10 days in Kaufman county home Depot is not doing anything to help protect you.
Terrible customer service with delivery, terrible.Not much better in the store.
if you are the spouse of a veteran, and the veteran is not able to be with you at this store because of a disability or illness they will not give you the discount even if you have his card.

I want to thank this young guy Jonathan today he help my husband and I load up our stuff honestly the whole experience was great. smiles and professionalism was all there
I went with my husband to pick up 6 sheets of 4’ x 8’ hardy board siding. While loading it onto the cart 3 employees walked passed us and even had a conversation. Not one of them asked if we needed helped loading. While we were loading it into a truck one employee walked passed and put his head down as to avoid helping load it. This has been our experience the last few times we have been in this store. If don’t want to load the heavy stuff call McCoy’s!
Rude older lady at order pick up counter. Hateful should stay home.
