Friendly and helpful employees every time I visit the CG Home Depot.
This horrid place refused to refund my Grandmother on her blinds. Even though the kid sold them the right ones, but decided to cut them so they cant bring them back. WTF.
Hard to find someone willing to help. It's almost like a true "do it yourself" place

Where the hell is customer service anymore?! $4000 in materials and they can't be bothered to "help" load?!!!! Two cases out of seven were damaged. Wrong base cabinet sold to customer, they needed a sink base but the customer care associate argued with me about returning it and selling me the correct one. To top it off, the special order LG washer was damaged (the torn/mangled box was our first clue)! two hours later, after my buddy and I loaded the whole order all by ourselves, we finally left the store.
