Went into Home Depot to buy flooring. No one there in the flooring department to help me locate the flooring I wanted. A sales associate in the kitchen dept asked a guy to help and he stated that he was too busy filling an order, he did tell me where the flooring I wanted was. I went over and found the flooring. Thank goodness I’m pretty strong, cause I had to load four boxes by myself, with several employees waking by, not a SINGLE one of them stopped to ask me if I need help. Recommendedgreat service-good lawn & garden area and so nice that they give a veterans discount!
Waited in the same spot for almost 40 minutes to find out if they had what we where looking for. No one stopped and asked if we needed help. Had to ask 3 people the same question, and when they said they would check on it they never did, didn’t even come back to tell us lol.
