As A VETRAN and being in Home Depot 2 times in my life. I have let there both times so mad and upset and just left 6 or 700.00 worth of merchandise at the register. can anyone tell me what "service connected" means. Because no one at Home Depot can. Lowes right next door will give a veteran and small discount, at least they show they care and appreciate our service. The worst customer experience in a long time. Employees that are not engaged and a manager that doesn't get that DIY'ers start they're projects the Saturday morning of a long weekend by only having 2 cashiers on duty.
