Horrible. Workers are lazy and not helpful! Asked a guy where something was and he looked at is and said if it’s not here it’s on the other isle then took off.
The customer service is spotty at best at this store. They managed to lose a patio door so it was not ready for the installer, and when they "found" it, the door was either the wrong one or they had reordered the wrong door in the first place. When the installation was rescheduled, the delivered door was the wrong size. I was not contacted by the store with any information about what was going to happen next. After ordering cabinets and countertops, the cabinets came in after 5 weeks. 6 weeks later, the countertops finally came in. What does one do for 6 weeks with cabinets and no countertops, you ask? Try not to go crazy is the best answer I can give you. There is no reasonable explanation for it taking that long for the countertops to arrive. I still have appliances to purchase to finish my kitchen remodel and will take my business next door to Lowe’s. Been shopping here since they opened. NOT anymore. That security guard got between me and the door and demanded to see my receipt. Funny thing is he was standing RIGHT THERE watching me pay. Then even after he scanned my receipt he would not move out of the way so I could leave the store. I should have returned my purchase and went to LOWE'S instead.
Treated like a common thief. Spent alot of money there over the years. But to have security guards at every regester watching you pay then wanting to see receipt. Take picture of said receipt. Lowes will from now on get my business.
I would always shop there, until I had a BAD experience with my entry door! Never go back!
I always shop at Home Depot. Been to Raks and Lowes very poor customer service. At Home Depot always have someone helping and they always answer my questions.
Thank you for cutting lumber to size for me. I was in and out in ten minutes with everything I needed. I also like getting paint samples to touch up spots! Ive redone the outside of my house, and doing the inside including ordering online products. Thank you for all your help and vast choices of products online Mr Fritz
