I don't kno what his name was cause I forgot, but several weeks ago I went to look for Bougainvillea fertilizer or something to solve my problem of an unblooming boog. (years long) An associate closing off an aisle suggested the ground needing to be dry cause they didn't like 'wet feet'. I went back to get a hose yest, but also to thank this man....I transplanted both my huge boogs (went to war with the thorns) but sure enuff that solved the problem!!! I already have blooms all over. This is my go to for my garden needs. Today I did not have good experience inside the main building. I was looking for a tool for something I purchased off eBay and the first associate was nice and professional. She told me where to find it and ask anything else. Well I had no success in locating the tool and ask another associate for help. I just felt like I got the "Yeah yeah check over there, I got better things to do" attitude. I ordered a roller cabinet and top box online, when they came in, the top box was damaged. Returned to the store and was told a replacement would be ordered. When that one arrived, it was even worse than the 1st one. So they ordered ANOTHER replacement. Get the 3rd one and still small amount of damage! After a month of dealing with this, I will repair it myself. Took the survey, and because of my negative responses, will not be receiving a phone call. Great customer service! NOT

Let me tell you what Lowe's did for me across the street I tried to exchange a surface cleaner that is a home Depot specific item but without the receipt they said there's nothing they could do so I call customer service and they proceed to tell me the same so I decided to cut my losses cancel my home Depot consumer card and go to Lowe's well while looking in the store for something comparable and speaking with a employee in training the manager proceeded to show me what's available and told me to bring in home depots produc... read more

Don't get flooring here. They ordered my mom's tile incorrectly resulting in over 2 weeks in delays. As a result she is unable to move into her house on time and has to pay to store all of her belongings and find somewhere else to stay. They couldn't tell us when it would actually show up, so the contractor (rightfully so) started another job while we wait. The assistant manager has no interest in offering anything to even attempt to make it right claiming "nothing will make the customer happy", so nothing is what he offered... read more
