We ordered a washer and dryer from HD. To me, the delivery people were nasty. And literally couldn't be bothered to figure out how to hook up the washer. Meantime, there was a washer in the same exact place for the past 8 years. Rather than bother...they took them both back. I would not buy an appliance from Home Depot....if they paid me. What a joke.
Worse customer service!!! Ask an employee for help with hooks told him I wasn't looking for the command ones and he got nasty and said what do you want me to do kids your ass!!! I will go to lowes across the street from now on.
Got my parts needed no problem and was in and out fast
I alway shop at both Gatlin and Psl west stores. Never a problem. Always helpful. One employee even left what he was doin to help my husband.
I had the pleasure on both days Saturday and Sunday to deal with Victor in the tool rental Dept. He was so helpful and kind. I think Home Depot needs more like him!!! He is a five star!!! Thanks for your help.

With my receipt in hand and 2 items to return Customer Service issued a Stote Credit. I get the 3 plastic bins I came for and head to Self Service Check Out. I chose Gift Card by mistake and that's when all h--- broke loose. The SS clerk was clueless as to what to do. She went to a Supervisor who was even more confused about the Store Credit issued to me for the huge amount of $10.09 Finally I could leave with a receipt that clearly was not correctly done I feel sorry for the CPA firm who handles HD books.
