Amazing! Ate there twice in 2 days and going back again tomorrow! Simple menu, with great flavor, and cooked perfectly! The mahi mahi tacos are out of this world, and so are the Korean BBQ tacos. Oh and the hot dog was the best ever! Tomorrow going for the burger! Great concept and atmosphere! A must eat at least once in Key West!!!!
These folks are KILLIN it! Some of the freshest and tastiest food you'll find anywhere...especially in Key West. Mahi Mahi tacos are famous, and rightly so. The Umami Burger was a nice surprise- perfectly cooked hunk of juicy beef...cheese....toasty bun.......oh, sorry, I slipped into a food-induced euphoria. What the guys at Garbo's do from their tiny cart is amazing. Don't walk, RUN to this spot!
The Beef Tacos are Life Changing! :) Highly recommend you try this place if in Key West! My husband also loved the Hamburger! He said it was the Best he's ever had and he's had many!
Delish!!! Stayed a couple of extra hours in Key West just to try the Korean BBQ Tacos... Was not disappointed... The best ever!!! Loved it! Will find these folks again on my next trip to paradise!

I can still taste this awesome Koren spicy short ribs, I usally do not like celantro, , but on this dish it was wonderful not over whelming just the right amount!!!Can;t wait to return and the first place Im eatting is Garbos.
