Seems these guys lie about their pre-certified inspections. Buyer beware. Get a second opinion before trusting these guys when buying a vehicle.

Worst place ever. They have no problem with selling you broken cars and warranties that don't work... Then they don't call you back when you have issues with your vehicle....Well it's been a week now that my car has been in the shop, and still waiting on an answer, who is going to cover the 1900.00 dollar repairs needed just to make the car go in reverse. Since the car went thru a "200+ point inspection" and I bought an extended warranty...
My husband and I went to Garber knowing what we wanted down to make, model, and color.. stopped at one dealership down Bay Rd. They had sold the vehicle we wanted to look at it sold the day b4. I was bummed. Hubby said there aren't any other dealerships down bay Rd. I said yes their are by walmart I said. Not knowing it was garber. Always have our vehicles repaired at Garber Chrysler .. Their service staff are wonderful, and Larry Cook ( a Service Coordinator ) always makes sure everything is done right the first time.. I have been taking our cars and trucks to Garber since they picked up the Chrysler franchise ... And if you're looking for a great salesperson to work with look up Mark Neumann ....

I can't say enough about garber they went over and above for us, i think they were as excited as we were....they all had a hand in it but Dave Rodriguez and Jeremy you two are amazing the care and work you did was amazing and so special...thank you all so much and God bless
I just got burnt for the 2nd time on basic services! Alignment and ignition switch recall 07 Commander.....They put a wrong size bolt and washer in A frame bushing causing camber and caster and alignment problems and CV binding and the recall work was done wrong on ignition switch. My steering column doesn't lock now when the Jeep is shut off and key is out! You can just spin the wheel freely!! Hours and hours of diagnostic time and money down the drain on the front end! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Even though we bought our PT Cruiser at Martin's back in 2002. Garber has been our choice ever since they built the Bay Rd Dealership Larry Cook is a great Service Advisor. Just this weekend we brought our car in at 1030 am on Friday and Today at 3 pm Monday we got a call the car was ready. The suspension up front is showroom new. Not bad for a 2002 with 39,000 miles. Thanks again Garber and all those who make your customers feel extra special. Great waiting area for customers. Arvids
