The lack of honesty in their salesmen and lack of integrity and honesty in their management is horrendous. Trying to resolve an issue with management is like watching a dirty politician answer questions in a Judicial hearing. A lot of evading and not answering direct questions. Truly the worst management I have ever witnessed in a car dealership. Please find another dealership before you find all the guarantees of excellent service made to you turn out to be false.

They don't want to fulfill their agreement taking care of the paint job for a 19 year old college student that used her hard earned money to purchase a car to hopefully last while she attends medical school. She even let them slide with giving her a broken key for the car (they said there was only one and it is taped together). Sad because they still made money off of the deal and they have no idea how many people we will tell. No morals and ethics. Should have never strayed from cook, it's always worth the drive.

We worked with Larry Cook and were 100% satisfied with the service we were given on our 2015 dodge. It was only 40 miles from being out of warranty and the Garber team took great care of us! They found and fixed things that were not even on our list!!! This team is fast & efficient Thank you Garber
