Kelsey helped start the whole process and got me in contact with Chris. She then finished everything painlessly and the whole team seems to work like family which is what I want from a dealership. Would do business again.. We live just over 2 hours north and worked with Chris and Eddy through phone, email and texts. I let him/them know what I was looking for, what I wanted with it and what I wanted my payments to stay within. Eddy was able to get me a significantly lower interest rate then originally quoted, lowed my payment below what I had wanted originally and I drove home 2 days later with a beautiful 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Elite!
Shotty aftermarket subwoofer installation caused some electrical issues. Garber Dodge Service Dept fixed the issue and considered it warranty work! They earned my future business!! Thank you Garber and Larry Cook in the service dept.

Will not recommend this dealership! Drove an hour a second time to pick up my truck that I had agreed on only to get there and notice wheel marks all over the vehicle. Asked the salesman if he could fix it before I signed and was told it would be 2 days. Later that day when I responded to him about when the vehicle will be done. He told me it was purchased from another. Financing, Insurance was all set! Thanks for the experience of getting played. Will never go back or refer to.

the salesman was rude and cutting down my truck left and right, I will never go back, it was a waste of my time and gas, they said that my truck was only worth 6000 when it's worth 14000. they are trying to screw people out of their vehicles
If you are in the market for a Jeep, look no further than this place. I highly recommend this place and Mike Pitzen. We bought our first Jeep ever this weekend and I haven't met a salesperson more dedicated to their brand or more knowledgeable of it than Mike. He is a top notch salesman who goes the extra mile for his customers, even staying 2 hours past closing on the weekend to help get us into our vehicle the same day. On March of 2015 I purchased a brand new RAM 1500 Sport from Garber on Bay Road in Saginaw, MI. I purchased this truck with a lifetime powertrain warranty. On 9/13/2018 I needed to schedule a service on my RAM for a cold start ticking noise which turned out to be 3 broken exhaust manifold bolts, and a new gasket. I called the purchasing dealership service department to schedule service just to find out that I did not have an extended lifetime powertrain warranty.
