Called about a timing belt job on my Civic, and the owner was so helpful and personable. He quoted me $250 under the other 3 shops I called prior to choosing Garage on the Go. He finished the job quickly, and I couldn't have been more satisfied. A++++
Argumentative, scratched the car and said I could’ve done it. Then said the rest of the car is messed up. After he was confronted that’s when he decided to offer to fix the car. Originally was going to offer $40 for a $230 fix.
I hit a pothole with my Tesla and my suspension was down. This turned out to be the best garage experience I’ve ever had. Troy is extremely professional and genuinely passionate about his work. He took the time to listen to my concerns and treated my car as if it were his own. He’s honest, transparent, and his pricing is more than fair, a fraction of what Tesla would have charged (they quoted nearly six times more for the same job). I highly recommend this shop to anyone. Troy is phenomenal!
