Good garage work, poor clean-up and damaged driveway with diabolical customer service and follow up. While the garage work performed by this company was satisfactory, my overall experience was tainted by their lackluster clean-up efforts and the damage they caused to my driveway. When approaching the final steps of the project, the service rapidly declined when they had poured chemicals and left a complete mess across the driveway with zero interest to clean up and rectify the issue once payment was transferred. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE THIS FRANCHISE! Not only did they track epoxy all over my driveway, they refused to clean it up. They tried to pressure was with chemicals, staining the driveway concrete and refused to answer the phone to fix it. There are far better companies that do quality work, this isn't one of them. This is a brand new build house with a perfect driveway and they completely screwed it up. Absolutely horrible company. They don't deliver on their promise and will pressure you for payments. They don't stick to a the schedule they tell you from the beginning. Do Not Use this company; they have horrible business practices.
