Garage doors of Indianapolis was responsive, timely and professional. I would recommend them to family and friends for garage door repairs.
They refuse to honor their instillation and product. The new door they installed 3 years ago is already tearing and the place where the door is attached to the raising mechanism is pulling apart, but instead of fixing it they tried to sell us a replacement for $800. They said that we must have damaged it by using it to open and shut. They are dishonest and incompetent. Don't ever trust them. They lie.
This is a great company!! All the employees I have had contact with are friendly, professional, and knowledgable. The garage door they installed at our home looks fabulous-- we get compliments all the time! I highly recommend Garage Doors of Indianapolis for your door needs.
Our garage door opener broke so we had them come out and replace it. Turns out we had much more wrong than we originally thought and needed springs replaced as well. The bill turned out to be larger than we anticipated but the gentleman worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. The next day, after we had already paid the bill in full, i saw their sign for a 10% veterans discount. My husband is a veteran and neither of us realized this discount was available. Unfortunately can not recommend this company any longer. Inproperly installed item on door ~ i can pay an additional $99 to have them fix their soddy work since it has been over 90 days ~ don't see a 90 exclusion statement. Poor customer service and workmanship.
A manager called tonight to inform me that the opener we wanted was $100 more expensive than what we had anticipated. After a quick explanation that the coupon we had should entitle us to the lower price, the manager honored the coupon even though it had been printed in error. Very grateful that the manager put the consumer first and made me feel a whole lot better about giving them my business. Thank you!
