Should’ve reached out sooner instead of suffering with a garage door opener that basically does what it wants and sometimes opens sometimes doesn’t. They replaced the opener receiver unit that was giving us problems and reprogramed the garage door opener remote to work with it. Excellent guys, didn’t inflate service cost, friendly and fast.
Bought a new garage door opener with Wi-Fi for a single car garage. The guys installed it quite quickly, then went over calibration and showed us how to connect it to our phones so we could open and close the garage door from anywhere. Professional technicians, did a fine job and the opener works smoothly.
Fast repairs for a broken garage door spring. Called and the technician was at our house an hour later already working on replacing the broken spring. Had the new one installed in no time, and the charge for the service + labor and parts wasn’t too high.
Called them on Sunday to see if they could send someone to replace a broken garage door spring on Monday morning as early as possible. They had someone available on Sunday just a couple of hours after I called. Very good service when you're in a fix.
They got our garage door opener to open the door again, and they didn’t give us any complicated trouble with the warranty. That makes them a good company as far as we’re concerned.
