5 months ago we had them come out for a repair. We talked about the space & I mentioned that it would be great if there was a way of not having this traditional opener because I use this space for a photo studio sometimes and I can't use all the vertical space I have. I had to change my appointment time today and they were so gracious! Vincent was the garage guru that came right on time and was the most pleasant person ever! Was in and out with in an hour! He was so gracious and skills!!!! Fast and affordable! This is by far the best garage door service we have ever experienced!
I called in the morning because one of the springs broke. They were out and had it replaced in no time. Friendly and great customer service. They have gained a new customer.
