We love Garage Door Doctor! One of our springs had broke, called in the afternoon and they were available to come the next day. They were very transparent and upfront with the pricing. They did a quality job on fixing the issue, we have had no issues a week later after the repair! They even offered to fix issues we were unaware about- they turned our loud sounding garage into a quiet garage now. We are still surprised that the door is quiet as it shuts. Came our on extremely short notice and took care of our broken spring quickly. Extremely knowledgable tech who wasn't interested in up-selling/overselling. Left the door running better than it did when it was brand new.
I completely broke my garage door trying to close it on a Friday night with my hulk muscles(note to self: do not close garage doors while angry 🤦🏻♀️) Saturday morning I tried to fix it and broke it even more. At that point I called in the professionals. He(Ryan) arrived within a few hours and had the door fixed and the track replaced faster than it took me to destroy it. I would absolutely recommend this company to a friend or an enemy😆
