I needed a walk behind snow blower that I would be able to operate. And I wanted the most powerful one I could physically manage. knowledgeable salesman showed me just what I needed. I tried the lesser and greater models, and yes, he hit the nail on the head. I used it Thursday night and was so grateful to have one that easily cut through the 12" plus heap caused by the plow at the end of the driveway.
I started a business relationship with Gano's 6 yrs ago and have been nothing but impressed with the service I have received. Tony Gano not only knows his products well, he always gives you the best advice on equipment that would work best for us. His staff is very helpful and always get us up and running asap. I'm on my annual visit from CA to New London, CT. Grew up out here. Wanted to tune up my mom's yard equipment in a hurry this year so I could use it! Found this company via Yelp/Internet. They're fantastic. The shop is awesome and full of big boy toys. Service was prompt, efficient, professional and intelligent. Great recommendations. Parts were plentiful and all readily on hand.
