Excellent place to buy and excellent service department.
I own a landscape company and couldn’t keep up with the demands if it wasn’t for Gano’s support, their service and staff. There’s no one better.

Long time customer. Service is excellent.
I brought my Billy Goat blower in for full service. This included an oil change. I checked the oil after using it for 1-hour, I discovered that it had clean oil only at the surface. They just topped it off. I called and they said they couldn't understand how this could have occurred and wow...they offered me a free oil change or I could get a free quart. If I didn't happen to check it I would have never known. Very poor business practice.
