when my equipment dealer closed in Hamden I asked a Scag representative which place have the best service department in Connecticut period and he recommended Gano's. I've been coming here for the last 5 years and I am blown away at the service they provide good example is this past Saturday I was all the way in Poughkeepsie New York and I machine went down and nobody up there would even think of looking at it.
