Recommendednice guys. easy delivery
when my equipment dealer closed in Hamden I asked a Scag representative which place have the best service department in Connecticut period and he recommended Gano's. I've been coming here for the last 5 years and I am blown away at the service they provide good example is this past Saturday I was all the way in Poughkeepsie New York and I machine went down and nobody up there would even think of looking at it. Great people to deal with. I bought a part from them. Later found out I could get a 25% factory discount. After I had purchased the item they refunded the rebate. I am impredded.

Long time customer. Service is excellent.
I brought my Billy Goat blower in for full service. This included an oil change. I checked the oil after using it for 1-hour, I discovered that it had clean oil only at the surface. They just topped it off. I called and they said they couldn't understand how this could have occurred and wow...they offered me a free oil change or I could get a free quart. If I didn't happen to check it I would have never known. Very poor business practice.
