Took my VW Beetle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was very nice and the the service took exactly the time they said it would. This is my second Beetle from Ganley. The first Beetle lasted 15 years and so far this new one has been trouble free (except for the GPS) for over two years. Here's to another 13 or 14 years!

I'll never step foot into a Ganley dealership ever again. Purchased from a different Ganley dealership and have had service done here as it's the closest VW dealership. Nothing but bad experiences starting the day after I purchased the vehicle. Warned by many people to avoid Ganley, I didn't listen and now I wish I would've.
I bought a used Subaru, 42 days later I still didn’t have a title. I should’ve exercised my unconditional right to return. I was also promised a part would be fixed as a condition of buying it but that “they had to order the part.” 2 months later I called for the 5th time and they FINALLY admitted “oh we never ordered it, we will today.” What a disaster this place is.
