Took my car in after having some issues, told them exactly what was going on, and got a ride back to work. Get a call later saying that the tech said my remote start was "90-95% causing the issue", so I gave them approval to remove it, and was told my car should be done by the end of the day. Called back shortly before close to get an update, and was told my car should be done in the morning and that my turbo timer was causing some issues as well. You do a good job with the car repairs
I'm very pleased with the sales and support staff. My entire purchase experience went very well. The follow up after my purchase is very good. I might add that I'm 64 years old and have been buying cars for many years. This isn't my first rodeo and I'm very pleased. I always say that the product sells itself, but the sales people are what keeps people coming back.
Great experience overall. Ben was very attentive over email and text. He streamlined the process from start to finish and we were out the door and on our way with our new car!!! We love it❤️
