Air conditioning in my 2014 Crosstrek would start cold, then blow warm air. Even though my warranty was expired, they replaced the compressor for $100 shop charges instead of the regular charge of $1200. Very pleased with the outcome of this situation. (This may have been a compressor from a bad batch that was put into some Subarus. No recall on it, just a Technical Service Bulletin. In any event I was not charged full replacement cost.)
Took my Subaru in for an oil change and as always the service was excellent, staff is always pleasant and kind and willing to help. Thank you for great service.
I had a concern about my steering and I wanted to know if it was serious. Even though there were no appointments available, they allowed me to bring it in for a quick diagnosis. Brooke greeted me and felt that it was a steering coupling problem, but would have the techs look at it. She later text my phone and confirm the problem and that they could fix it because they were able to get a lot of work done quickly on their other appointments. I said for them to go ahead. really happy dealing with Chris. Bought a new Hyundai in 2016, and went back to look at used last 2 weeks. feel I was treated good, we found a nice car, and any issues I asked about were fixed or in process. this will be my first stop again when im vehicle shopping. hope Hyundai does bring out the mid sized pick up like they talked about.
The Hyundai here is horrible never been to a worst Hyundai (and I’ve worked for a Hyundai for 13 months) in my life been here for service 2 times told it would only take an hour if that into an hour of waiting I walked around the building and see my car just sitting there while mechanics sat around eating and smoking cigs. Then rather then pulling my car up to me service manager hands me my keys and tells me it’s out back next time I need service I will be driving a half hour just to avoid this Hyundai
