Family rented this house to be together and celebrate a graduation. The second day the plumbing went out and we got evicted. The company only had other properties 45 minutes or more away, so we all had to get hotel rooms for the rest of the stay. The owners reimbursed the family member that paid, but only for the unused time. Nothing for being forced to find hotels, and not all stay at same property. Just be aware this could happen to you.
Absolutely wonderful property and management. We came in to town for my aunts open heart surgery and had just experienced an awful booking through AirBnB where the listing wasn’t correct and was in an unsafe part of town with no parking and we had our 86 year old grandmother with us. I was frantic and wanted somewhere safe with good parking for our family to stay. I called in and right away was taken care of! We booked Southside treasure and never looked back!
