Doctor Watson is excellent as is the entire staff. Rather than have me reschedule for a cavity, she found time to take care of it during my cleaning. Best dentist I ever had.

Very positive experience for my semi-annual check-up. Cathy greeted me by name and with a warm smile. Tiffany, the dental hygienist, took me back a bit early. She was aces! Professional; caring; thorough in her explanations; patient with any questions; and engaging. Dr. Shepherd came in right after my cleaning was finished and provided a very thorough exam. I also had a handful of questions which she answered thoroughly and patiently. At no point did I feel rushed. Great experience.
My first time to a dentist in a while. The examination was very thorough, and each step was explained to me. It concluded with a detailed plan of care, and referral to an oral surgeon for some of the work. I was very satisfied.
The ladies that work there are the best!!! Friendly, outgoing and always willing to help. The hygienist by far is the best. Dr. Shepherd is the best dentist I have ever gone to. Friendly and kindest dentist ever. I recommend this office to everyone.

Other than the three month wait to get an appointment for an office visit, my appointment was very positive. Christy was exceptional as was Dr. Watson.
I had a really bad experience with Munir Gomaa when he was working at Maplebrook Dental in Naperville. He "recommended" to replace a crown that wasn't causing any trouble (AT ALL), but that according to him "it would cause it" eventually. Long story short, he pushed me to do this replacement and since a year I haven't been able to use that side of my teeth to eat due to the constant pain. I returned to his office, he tried to level the surfaceof the crown, but the discomfort was still there. He took extra x-rays (more costs)... read more
