Call me in early, very comfortable Dr Shepard was outstanding, understands most of the public really does not enjoy being in the dentist chair, very good on explanation and expertise. Office had an opening and called me in earlier than my appt that day which was great. Dental Asst was also fantastic, knowledgeable and comforting to get you through the process. They did everything they could to make the experience the best possible for me which was very much appreciated.

Staff is wonderful and I always the front office staff can make or break the office and Kathy is always wonderful. She definately makes it a great place.

We moved to the area from out of state. I am always nervous trying to find a new dentist however, Dr Swanson and her staff at North Suburban Dental in Mundelein are the best! Everyone is so friendly, they explain everything very well and immediately put us at ease. I highly recommend!
