I look forward having my teeth cleaned and and checked they are all professionals that work in this dental office and also the front desk office employees are very friendly and due a great job
After more than 40 years, my dentist finally retired and i found myself in need of a new dentist. I went online and found about 25 dentists in which Dr Shepherd came up as my best choice. Today was my first appointment and my first impressions were wonderful. Nice clean office with a friendly staff. Cleaning was performed by Dr Shepherd and she was thorough and gentle. A cavity was found and i am confident the upcoming work will be performed perfectly. All in all, a very nice experience. Highly recommended.
The hygienist was very thorough with the cleaning and answered my questions in an understandable manner. She also advised how I could improve the flossing of my teeth
I gave this office 5 stars because they go overboard to make you comfortable and health safe. The Technician is efficient and caring. Gets the job done rather painlessly I might add. The background music is a good variety. The receptionists are also very welcoming and try to make you comfortable when you sign in. The doctor was able to do a complete check on the "soft" tissue of the mouth and around the mouth. That's a plus. I left with a new toothbrush and toothpaste and floss.
My anxiety level usually goes up when I go to the dentist, but I had the most relaxing cleaning today. I know it sounds weird, but I could have fallen asleep! That's how comfortable I was. Thanks for making it a great experience! : )

I've never had such a positive experience with a dentist office. At the front desk, Kathy was warm and welcoming. My dental hygienist, Tiffany, was friendly, very thorough, and explained everything she was doing, which I appreciated. Dr. Shepherd was knowledgable, efficient, and personable. I'd highly recommend this practice.
The team at North Suburban Dental are the very best. I'm an apprehensive patient with a history of dental issues. Dentists were the last people on earth that I wanted to visit. But Dr. Shepard and Tiffany changed my life. They listened to my irrational fears and helped me become a decent patient. I can now even get my teeth cleaned without self medicating. I give these professionals the highest grade possible. They're the very best!
I love everything about North Suburban Dental. The front staff, the hygienist and the dentist! They always provide treatment options and I am very happy with all their services. I'm never changing Dentists again :)
