My experience with Dr. Gallardo and his staff was wonderful. On my first visit they showed me around the office, told me what they would be doing then sat down and explained how they would go about it. There was no pressure from them as to what I needed to do and they were very informative. My procedure went fine and so has my follow ups. Dr. Gallardo and his staff are very caring and compassionate.
