Would post 10 stars if I could. Recently made a long distance move and Ryan was absolutely the most proactive, honest, and straightforward realtor I’ve ever dealt with. He was extremely helpful in our search for a new home. He was attentive during the offer process, helped us deal with some unexpected issues and was quick to follow up after the purchase. Our relocation would not have gone as good without him involved. Highly recommend Ryan and Gale Gehling if you have any need for a realtor in the Ames area of central Iowa.
I live in VT, but was looking for a house in Ames, IA for my son to live in when he attends ISU. I wasn't sure what to expect when looking for a house without being able to be there in person.
