Good price for purchase and salesperson was good. Decided to lease based on agreed upon sales price and think they took advantage of us. Dealing with finance was the worst experience ever. Either dodged or refused to answer our questions. Called today to discuss and no one returned call. Should have walked away
Needed assistance with troubleshooting an overheating issue with my 2003 Toyota Sequoia prior to a trip back to my home state of Virginia. The Service staff worked me into the schedule without an appointment, and provided the assurance I needed to get on the road without concern.
