Dropped my car off for a scheduled service with oil change this morning. Instead of waiting I said I could pick it up this afternoon. My service representative assured me he would call as soon as it was ready. 6 hours later it took me multiple calls over 45 minutes to even get someone to answer the phone. My service rep had left and the car had not been touched. For some unknown reason it was going to be done the next day. Disgraceful!
Laura, the sales woman assisting us was wonderful. We just leased a new Toyota Cross and she made the whole process nice and easy. Very personable and she went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. I will definitely go to her when my lease is up.

Horrible dealership. “Salesman” had to google most of my questions, pinged my credit FIVE times for one lease. Those aren’t even the worst things that happened. Save your time, money and energy - go somewhere else.

This was my third lease from Galaxy and hands down this was the best experience I’ve had yet. After trying to go to a local Toyota by me I was reminded why I drive and stay a loyal customer to Galaxy. My salesman Mohamed was awesome, very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I knew what I wanted and between him and management they made it happen and we’re honest the entire time. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

WARNING TO ANYONE MAKING AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT: Apparently it is an automated system that DOES NOT WORK. Despite receiving multiple confirmations via text and phone call, it does not actually put you on schedule for an appointment or notify the technicians that you need parts ordered. We were told that appointments had to be called in and couldn't even make an appointment right there. The employees are kind, and Bob and Phil explain everything before you leave. They always listen to any problem that occurs in the car. Very pleased with Galaxy Toyota for years!
our truck is currently in their service department. we have been lied to about work being done when 4 days later no one can find a work order. Brand new truck is now dead at the dealer after they installed a remote start. Lying to customers is no way to run a business
