I recently bought a 2019 RAV4 from Galaxy Toyota. From the moment we walked in the door, it was easy to tell that the atmosphere was more up-beat and positive than other dealers we had been to. Chris was easy to work with, making the purchase of a new vehicle very enjoyable! He was knowledgeable on the features of the car, was a very positive person, and while he was eager to make a sale - he wasn’t pushy like other sales reps from various dealerships had been. Galaxy Toyota needs to be honest and return taxes collected for extended warranty. Extended warranty was cancelled one day after it was bought and taxes of $115.5 have not been returned. I have called several times and Galaxy Toyota gave me a paper stating that Toyota Financial to credit this amount and Toyota Financial says they never received this tax amount.
I worked with Chris and bought a 2019 Toyota rav4 adventure. Chris made the transaction flawlessly and I would recommend him if you are looking for a new car. Thanks
