The staff was very professional and friendly from the moment I walked in, then Dr Ortega saw I was checking in and introduced himself. The exam was good and he explained the treatment recommendation very well as well as what areas we would watch closely and why. The Hygienist was very nice and friendly too, best pain free cleaning I've ever had!
