My previous dental exerience with another dentist had been traumatizing at best. As luck would have it I scored a chance meeting Dr. Ortega while he helped a fellow dentist in Santa Cruz. The stars aligned everything went off so much better that I could ever imagine. Dr. Ortega and his entire team, from the receptionist, office manager to the hygienist are all extremely pleasant, friendly and also have excellent communication when it comes to insurance coverage. My husband and I both couldn't be happier.
