I've been searching for a dependable yet affordable vehicle for several months now. I kept hearing the ads on the radio advertising Gainesville Mitsubishi would finance anyone looking for a vehicle. I went to Gainesville Mitsubishi in July 2013, not thinking I would trade in my civic. Christian, my salesman, and Ricky, the sales manager, both worked really hard and went out of their way to get me a really great deal on the brand new beautiful Lancer I wanted. I got a lower interest rate, a lower payment, and also a lower amount financed. I feel like a won all the way around. I'm grateful everyone there are such great team players.
We went to Gainesville Mitsubishi after seeing their Thanksgiving ad on TV. The ad promised that they could get you into a car no matter what your credit is and on that day if you came in they would take your trade and write off the balance no matter what you still owed. This is the first promise they did not fulfill. They also stated they contacted our insurance company to inform them of the vehicle change-NOT.
