Mitsubishi sent me a mailer indicated I had won an instant cash prize. Skeptical and not wanting to waste my time, I called the number on the flyer and verified on the phone that I had in fact won a cash prize. I had heard about the Mitsubishi Mirage a year ago and wanted to see what it was all about. I was looking for a leftover 2018 and they had a few. I never said I was going to buy. I was handed a sheet where all my information was requested before I tried the Mirage. I thought it was funny that besides my FDL I also had to put my social down. Took some patience. These guys hooked me up with a killer deal on my 2016 Dodge Dart SXT! The general manager Randy Marker even went to fill up the tank when he didn’t have to! Above and beyond customer service! TJ Ruff put in some hours to work out my deal and made things happen! Definitely a recommendation from my behalf!
Took my Lancer in twice, both times complained about various whines, form what I thought was the transmission, and on being what sounded like an ac clutch grinding when cold. Was always told everything was normal. Now when the car was just outside the 60,000 5 year warranty the ac clutch went bad. Shocking, and guess what they can fix it now no problem, on my dime. I went in with my family, just to look... We were greeted right away, and not in the annoying salesman way. Our sales man (Willy) was very inventive as I stated from the get go exactly what I want in a car, and was straightforward with the fact that if I dont love it, I won't get it.
