Took my 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler for oil change. Requested regular oil on two different occasions to service desk. When vehicle was done, found that they had used Synthetic instead. Explained to them that at other Dodge dealerships, I had always gotten regular oil changes to which they replied that they go by what the computer tells them to do. Did not want to get into a pissing match over $20 difference in cost but it did cost them a long term customer. Go elsewhere for your service because they are not to be trusted.

Very poor customer service. Extreme lack of communication (I had to contact them 4 times to get the items promised scheduled) and concern after the initial sale by the sales management staff (Salesman was OK). No attention to detail. Over the last 10 years we have purchased 8 new vehicles, this is the only dealership that each time the new vehicle was brought in to have the agreed items installed it was returned not washed, no paper floor coverings and again very poor communication with no genuine concern for the end user. I went to pick up some floor mats today and things got a little confusing. Once the mats were brought out to my vehicle by two of the men, they seemed annoyed. I was a little surprised they didn’t take them out of the wrapping and box. Be nice and put them in the veh. They knew I was a little irritated about their confusion. In the service line please take the people that were there first, not people coming up to service door. Many people skipping the line to get service first when they arrive 30 minutes to an hour later. First come, first servered. I will go elsewhere after this visit.

I made an appointment for a weird nose coming from wheel well on my truck and dropped off the truck 6 DAYS ago. We were supposed to be contacted about the problem and ideas to fix. I called twice that day and could never get ahold of my “service rep”. The following day I called three times before finally getting to speak to him on third time. My boyfriend and I purchased a used vehicle in May. The key fob was partially broken and the salesman John promised he would order a new one at their expense. It took over two months to get this completed. He continuously dropped the ball and made excuses. On June 26th he said he was ordering it directly from Chevy. This did not happen. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional on the phone to the point where he was yelling over me and I disconnected the call. Regarding service department only. Would not recommend. If you quote a price over the phone for a oil change and fuel filter change then that should be the price (plus tax) at checkout. If you’re going to add over $20 for “shop supplies” then that should be included in the phone quotation. NOT DISCLOSED AFTER THE WORK IS PERFORMED AND ASSUME ITS OK TO SCREW THE CUSTOMER. Shady, and you lost a customer for good. Fool me once shame on you. I’m smart enough to not get to the fool me twice part.

I have had two terrible experiences here. You never call to inform me what is going on with my car. I always had to call myself to find out what was going on. You tried to tell me my warranty did not cover parts I knew for a fact they did so I had to call my warranty company myself. I had to bring my car back because service was not done right the first time. You had my car for two weeks to replace one part which would be understandable if it didn't take a week and two days for you to tell me what was wrong with the car. The... read more
