I just got a 2018 Jeep Wrangler and am so in love with it already! I was attempting to work with their sister store in Chiefland but we got no where. Everyone I worked with to finalize my trade in was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable! Brittany, TJ and George were all great! This is my 2nd purchase from this dealership, and they seem to be getting better and better!
Let's see first we were told if we came in we would get a $25 gift card. That never happened. We then were told we would know something on Monday about the truck we wanted. I called twice and was hung up on both times without being told anything. My husband then called and was told they told me what was going on which was a lie.
