I love this place. I have grownup buying plants from Gainan's. I was excited to have my wedding bouquets and boutonnieres done here, too. Very professional and everything was perfect! I always have a great experience at all their locations.
Thank you so much for saving our daughter's wedding. After a receiving our flowers from "Flowers from the Heart" in terrible condition the day before the wedding ( that they wouldn't even try to fix or respond to our messages). My husband called Gainans who immediately dropped what they were doing to help us. Even though they didn't have the exact flowers we needed they made a beautiful bouquet for my daughter as well as a bouquet for the Maid of Honor, Boutineers and Corsages on short notice. I ordered flowers last night from Rita's Florists (thinking they were local) and it turned out to be a scam. Luckily, it looks like my money will be refunded. Did some more research and found Gainans. The lady I spoke with was so nice! Took my order, gave me delivery time and they did as they said! Definitely ordering again! Btw, I got a picture from a happy new mom and the arrangement was cute! Thank you Gainans!! �

I received flowers for valentines day. I was not impressed by the araingment but did not complain because I knew they were busy. BUT within 3 days the roses were dead and by the 4th day I had to throw all it away. I know this was an expensive arrangement, even if it wasn't it should have lasted more than a couple of days. Gainans use to be my go to flower store but no more. Flowers are to expensive to only last a couple of days

I ordered flowers for Valentine's day. Paid extra to have them delivered within 4 hours. I ordered them at 7 am and at 3pm they were still not delivered. Went to Gainans and was told they'd be delivered by 5pm. It is now 5:20 pm and still no flowers!!! I will never order flowers from Gainans when you can't trust them to deliver in time!! This SUCKS!!!
