My fiance sent me a beautiful display of roses for Valentines Day (he knows their flowers are my favorite). Not even two days later, they were already wilting and brown, which is unlike the great quality we usually see from them. I let them know, and before I knew it they had a whole new bouquet delivered to replace them! You can tell they genuinely care and I was so impressed by their fantastic customer service. Michelle worked with me for several hours making sure that I had the flowers and the look that I wanted and I was not disappointed. They even let me look at the flowers the day before the wedding and they let me change a few flower placements around without a fuss and I was so incredibly happy with the end product. Mick's always gone above and beyond in helping out even when in an emergency, and has come thru when things were not 100%, of which rarely happens! They treat you like family.

They were accomidating, easy to work with and incorporated personal touches on a gorgeous arrangement for my grandfather's funeral. it was a special piece and looked amazing. fantastic quality as well! traveled well to northern montana and looked amazing on day of service 4 days after it was made. I highly recommend the helpful and caring staff at Midtown! great quality for a great price!
