Very disappointed. Called in and ordered a Fall arrangement in a Fall container. I also asked that a picture be sent to me before hand for fear that the order would not be as asked. Sure enough it was in a basic vase and was not what I had explained. When I called to say it was not what I had very specifically ordered I was told that the only thing they could do if the arrangement had not been delivered would be to send it tomorrow. 1. John was amazing to work with and had great suggestions and helped with picking colors that had true meaning for the funeral we were purchasing for.
When you walk in and and white haired employee looks at you then turns his head, that’s a bad sign. No greeting, no can I help you at all. Standing at counter waiting to be helped, being ignored by a lady behind the counter, until I ask “can somebody help me?”, she looks around and says well I guess I can.Don’t know where everyone went?! Last time they get a dime from me.Snobs! Magic City Floral here I come from this day forward!
merchandise does not compare to down town store, clerical not as well trained as when Mrs. Gainan was overseeing sales in the past years. Hope this is a consequence of a new beginning.
I have been a huge fan of Gainan's for as long as I lived in Billings. They are first on my mind every time I want to spoil my loved ones-whether it is flowers or a variety of unique gifts they offer. Sometimes, when I would have a few minutes to waste while downtown-I would just go and stroll there as it is just such a treat to be among all the beautiful things. I called from CA asking them to put together a plant arrangement for my mother that would be easy to take care of and it turned out amazing!!
Ordered for the first time from Gainans for Mother's day. Worse service ever. Not impressed. Paid 15 dollars for delivery and they didn't deliver instead left a note on the door, two days later they delivered them (after mother's day). Im sure the flowers didn't look nearly as fresh. Meanwhile none of this I was made aware of. I had to call my mother to ASK if she happen to get anything special and she said no. You can imagine my surprise and disappointment.
