Gail's niche has been helping older folks downsize from a family home to a smaller residence. She takes care of everything from getting the home cleaned out, readying it for sale, and even with moving resources. Gail takes the stress out of what truly is a life altering event, and she does it with caring and kindness as well as professionalism. One of Gail's specialties is helping the aging, or their families, as they need to clear out a home and ready it for sale. If I needed a realtor, I would choose Gail Hoover. She is a very experienced realtor and will go the extra mile for her clients. Coupled with her vast real estate knowledge, she is also a caring and kind individual. I enjoy reading her posts and how happy she is for all involved parties in both selling and buying transactions.
