After years of talk therapy failed to produce any discernible change in our foster child's behavior, we tried EMDR with Gail and could not believe 1) the child's participation in his own hard work (prior to this he ran circles around therapists, participating as little as possible) and 2) an unmistakable shift in how he viewed his circumstances/history/future. Her gentle but firm coaxing, and her impassioned retelling of "the story," effected a real change for our child. Thank you, Gail.

Gail relates to our family in a way that facilitates healing and growth. Using techniques including Lifespan Integration and EMDR, she has helped my children to make sense of their earliest experiences and to free themselves from the self-blame and shame associated with early neglect and abuse. My children, who once refused therapy, look forward to their sessions. They actively participate in the LI process and describe powerful shifts in emotion and attitude following EMDR. Highly effective!

Gail is an incredible therapist who is very knowledgeable in PTSD. She introduced me to EMDR after diagnosing me with PTSD. EMDR has lifted me out of irrational and unclear thinking I had deeply embedded in me do to traumatic events. It's enabled me to view situations rationally and act appropriately for what they really were rather than get caught up with what my fight and flight response was. EMDR made me understand and acknowledge the fear behind my anger and erratic behaviors I displayed.

I have worked with many different therapists and none have helped me as much as Gail. I attribute this to her use of EMDR and LI(life integration) Both of these methods get down deep to the heart of the issue and help resolve them or gain perspective on them. I have done "talk" therapy for years and never did I reach the cause of my issues. Using both EMDR and LI, I have recognized and worked through issues that have created a challenging life up to this point. I am extremely grateful to Gail

Have you seen the movie "What About Bob?" There's a scene where Bob says to Dr. Marvin: "Dr. Marvin, you can help me!!!" That is how I felt the first few visits with Gail. This has proven to be true. Gail is very understanding and had given me a lot of work to do. I'm serious about changing and becoming whole again. I am working on life integration therapy and EMDR. These are definitely helping me turn to my logical brain and fight the urge to allow my emotions to take over. Thank you, Gail!!

I was referred to Gail by a friend and after years of talk therapy I thought I'd always be depressed and anxious with damagingly low self esteem. Life span integration and EMDR was life changing and SO quick. It literally only took a few months of meeting with Gail before I started noticing patterns perpetuated by my belief that I had little to no value as a human. Gail is sincere, kind and patient. I felt heard, understood and not judged. She was like the mother I never had.

When I started working with Gail, it wasn't just the depression keeping me in bed in my room it was fear that had me lock the door and throw away the key. PTSD and anxiety had always been on the list of diagnosis however I tried with little or no avail to succeed in overcoming any of this. Life Span Integration gave me my life back. After years of fear of going out to do my laundry, I am not only driving, but thriving in a manner that I never thought possible. I have hope. I am no longer afraid.

EMDR is nothing short of a miracle in my life. Before EMDR, I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and told it’s incurable. Various therapists and therapies were ineffective over a decade. In a short period of time Gail "cured" my “Borderline” symptoms with EMDR. She empowered me to change my core beliefs, the root of the majority my symptoms. It saved my life and helped build a life with love and trust for myself and others. EMDR is magic on Earth. Thank you Gail. Thank you EMDR.
