Everything, food and service was perfection! Armando was well versed in the menu and his recommendations were spot on. The food was the best we have had on the trip.
Celebrated our 1 year anniversary there. Phenomenal service from Andrew and excellent food. They even served us our wedding cake that we brought in. Maria the manager was very accommodating as well.
Amazing food and amazing service! Richard was awesome! The bisque was to die for and the red snapper was superb. The Shrimp Peques were mouthwatering. I would recommend to anyone! We will definitely be back.

Very disappointed, we waited at the bar for a drink for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I understand busy but a smile and I will be right with u would have been nice. The bartender was very apologetic but then the the service was Horrible!!!! And the food was priced as "gormet" but not even as good as pappadeux. So far very dissappointed in all food and service in Galveston�
This was my first time at Gaidos which was highly recommended. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding! Our friendly and attentive waiter, Hunter, was more than helpful with recommendations and great customer service was provided.
We checked in to the bar area. We met our wonderful waiter Roman he was fantastic, service was very quick and presentation was awesome our thanks to chef Luigi for the delicious food. Many thanks to Joe our host. He was great as well. We came from the Hilton with the navy reunion and choose this restaurant from a friend that ate here before and told us how delicious the food is and it did not disappoint us. My husband and I enjoyed an lively lunch yesterday. The shrimp and blue cheese grits are amazing. We also enjoyed grilled shrimp on a bed of rice grilled vegetables. The finale was ket limed cheese cake. It is amazingly sinful.
Great seafood and my steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great !!
