I have been using Yoga Studio and love what I have already paid for. You change to subscription model, this directly contravenes Apple's policy. Please restore my content, I don't want anything new or extra.
The way your company handle Yoga Studio app "upgrade" really disappointed me !!
Your Yoga Studio app bait and switch has shown that you're only interested in money. Such a shame to have something you paid for, and enjoyed, taken away.
I purchased one of their apps - Yoga studio. What is disappointing to me is how they treat their loyal customers. I have never been this disappointed with something so outrageously stupid. I had paid a one-time fee of 5 US$ for this app and now I need to subscribe to a monthly/quarterly/yearly option to access the same material. Sounds stupid, right? I almost did not believe them initially. I wholeheartedly regret buying your meditation app, which sucks btw.
These guys actually pulled the content from their Yoga Studio app, from paying customers, unless they come up with more money. Not for new content, mind you, but for the existing functionality.
I'm very upset with how this company handled updating an app they have, forcing loyal customers to now have to pay extra to use something they've had already for years. I'm glad I read what updates are being implemented before I click the go ahead button. Disgraceful and I have told every person who I recommended your products to that they should not use anything from you and to never update or download your app.
I just want to say thank you for the amazing customer service today! I have had my dry grip mat for about a month and the decoration started to peel slightly. I sent an email yesterday asking if there was something I could do to prevent it from continuing. I was asked to send pictures. Within an hour of sending the pictures I received a reply that they would ship me a new mat! So refreshing to have such a good customer service experience!
No replacement straws or other parts for the aluminum water bottles they sold through Target. Just a complete and total lack of customer service from Gaiam. I won't be purchasing another product from them since they obviously cannot and will not support the products they sell, and I will be informing everyone I know to avoid Gaiam's because of this. I also would urge everyone else reading this review to heed my warning, and not do business with this company as well.
I bought the PERFORMANCE MAT BAG 6 days ago at the Yoga Conference and Show in Toronto. A tooth on the zipper broke off after 2 days and today the zipper completely separated so I can't zip up the portion of the bag that holds the mat. I like the design of the bag but it's unfortunate that I was only able to use it for less than 6 days.
